Wellfleet and the area are home to a number of cultural organizations including museums such as our own Historical Society, a collection including old photographs, maps, documents, marine artifacts, Indian artifacts, a small collection of period clothing, household, agricultural and commerce related items, and The Modern House Trust, an organization that promotes the documentation and preservation of significant examples of Modernist architecture on the Outer Cape.
