Offering two comfortable and reasonably priced in-town housekeeping cottages located in an off road location near the Wellfleet library. The cottages are available separately for $750-$985/wk during the summer and fall seasons. Formerly known as Meadow View Cottages, they are well suited for single vacationers, couples, and small families who are looking for a quiet vacation setting. Each cottage has 3 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 4 twin beds per cottage), outdoor seating & a charcoal grill, telephone, seasonal heat, TV, VCR, Wi-Fi. No-smoking / no pets.
In the summer months, one cottage rents on Saturday, the other on Sunday. As these are housekeeping cottages, you are asked to leave them cleaned and ready for the next guests.
In the off-season the cottages rent by the day, with a two day minimum requirement. Off season rates are based on the number of people and the length of stay.
