A private and quiet 1+ bedroom suite/apartment in an historic in-town home close to the Wellfleet library is available all year for short term rentals. In the summer season the suite rents for $850-875 a week, starting on Friday. Off-season prices range from $90 to $130 nightly for two or more consecutive nights. There is a separate entrance, a full kitchen and bath, a king size bed. A second bedroom can be added for a modest additional charge. Linens are provided, A/C is available, as well as wi-fi, a TV and DVD player.
Staying at 130 West Main Street is like having your own in town apartment. The suite is nestled into the second floor of the former home of one of Wellfleet's early ship Captains, and while the suite is close to town, it nevertheless feels removed from the heightened downtown activity during the busy summer months.
The unit was set up to be comfortable and not too fussy. The full eat-in kitchen was designed to meet your everyday cooking and dining needs. The king size bed uses 100% cotton and fragrance free linens, the space is pet and smoke free, and scented sprays are not used. There is an exclusive use outside seating area for reading and outside grilling.
Off-season reservations may begin on any day of the week - there is, however, a two night minimum stay required. Please inquire specifically if you are interested in the continental breakfast in the off season (an additional fee applies).
