After 50 years of hosting guests at one of Cape Cod's finest locations overlooking Wellfleet Harbor, Sandpiper Hill Cottage received a complete renovation in 2011 and is now ready to welcome you back for the next 50 years.

The sun-filled, spacious 3-bedroom, 2 bath cottage features a master bedroom with en-suite bath and private sundeck, a welcoming living/dining room with unobstructed harbor views through 16 feet of glass and a showcase fully-applianced kitchen with hardwood cabinets and Corian^© counter tops. Natural pine floors, custom-milled paneling and pickled wood cathedral ceilings surround you in all the rooms. Outside, you will enjoy watching the nautical activity of Wellfleet Harbor and quiet neighborhood from your choice of the New England farmer's porch, the awning-covered sundeck, the eat-in screened porch or the comfortable Adirondack chairs perched at the top of the dune.

• Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday (minimum 7 nights)

• We are unable to accommodate pets or indoor smoking

• Our maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests

• Rent deposit due with reservation; balance of rent and security deposit is due March 1
