Plan your budgets in late spring/early summer, just after the heating season is over. This will give you an early start for the upcoming one.
Late summer / early fall, keep your heads up for #2 heating fuel & Bio Diesel cap letters. Responding early will help you get the best price, while supplies last for the specified price & time frame.
Fuel assistance customers should get their applications/paperwork in place late summer/early fall, to avoid delays. (Deliveries paid by Fuel Assistance usually start in Nov 1st - April 30th)
We recommend, to all our customers with difficult, hilly driveways or private roads, to call in advance before snow storms arrive. Please trim any overgrown bushes or trees --don't forget our trucks are wider and higher than your vehicles.
We recommend that "Will Call" customers keep a close watch on your tank levels. A good time to call is when levels are at/or close to 1/4 mark. This will keep your furnace or other system running uninterrupted and you comfortable in your cozy home.
Landlords should mention this to their, new tenants or those who are unfamiliar with heating Oil. They might find themselves out of fuel at their most inopportune times.
Our turnaround deliveries are made on the same day orders are placed, weather permitting. For same day delivery to our upper Cape customers we ask they call with their orders between the hours of 8AM - 3PM. This helps to plan our routes more productively and give you quicker service.
